Developed by world-class scientists, Empathable features short-burst videos inspired by real-life experiences for teams to seamlessly incorporate into their daily routines.

Experiential: Empathable bridges the gap between theory and practice, offering participants a supportive environment for growth in areas like mentorship, one-on-one interactions, feedback delivery, and DEI discussions. Diverse identity elements are intricately woven into the learning process itself, immersing participants in authentic moments and relationships: from leader to employee, team member to peer, person to person.

No Right or Wrong: Emphasizing positive empowerment, Empathable's approach does not dictate what's right or wrong for individuals. Instead, users are encouraged to step into someone else's shoes for less than 5 minutes. Through reflection questions rooted in psychology, users analyze their responses to these moments and then apply their insights to their daily lives.

Real, Not Dramatized: Empathable's content is crafted based on the real-life experiences of actual individuals; hypothetical scenarios are never used. Key moments from the lives of these knowledge holders are recreated to be shared and scaled for wider impact.
